Responsibilities:

• To perform accounting duties and prepare financial statements.
• To control debtor incoming payment collections and to follow up overdue accounts.
• To prepare reports, including but not limited to monthly invoice aging reports.
• To handle computerised accounting programs.
• To reconcile debtor accounts in G/L account against subledgers.

Requirements:

• Higher Diploma Holder or above in Accounting, or equivalent professional qualification.
• 3 years or above relevant working experience.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel.
• Good command in both written and spoken English and Chinese.
• Self-motivated, strong sense of commitment, and be a good team member.
