- Prepare management P&L for business lines
- Prepare sales & costs trend and identify key performance indicators
- P&L analysis by market, by product category
- Prepare and consolidate monthly financial presentation deck
- Prepare and assist in AOP & bi-weekly forecast
- Assist in month-end closing process
- Update system setting and manage data integrity
- Assist in cost calculation and process, ensure the completeness and accuracy
- Review BOM costs & identify costs improvement opportunities
- University degree holder, preferably accounting or finance
- 5 – 8 years of financial planning & analysis and manufacturing costing experience is a plus
- Proficiency in Excel
- Strong interpersonal & communication skills
- Strong analytical skills & research skills
- Detail oriented, self-motivated & drive for excellency
- Familiar with Oracle, IBM Planning Analytics (TM1) and AX Dynamics is a plus
