Accounting / Book-Keeping Officer / Administrative Officer(高級會計文員/會計主任)

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for handling of full set accounts and general office administrative duties
• Maintain and update the data system & filing system
• Monitor and update record of HR matters
• Liaise and coordinate with internal and external parties
• Prepare regular reports to management
• Assisting Director with their daily business or personal tasks, to prepare the documents and monitor the business record and project status
• Perform other ad hoc duties when required

Requirements

• Degree/Diploma holder in finance/accounting/management related disciplines or equivalent is preferred
• LCC Higher or relevant accounting background is preferred
• At least 3 year working experience, preferred in account processing
• Solid experience in Excel and Word, proficient in PC skills, sound analytical / reporting skills
• Good command in written and spoken English, Cantonese & Mandarin will be an advantage.
• Detail oriented, hardworking, mature, efficient, self-motivated and has good working attitude, ability to prioritize work.
