RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage finance systems and act as super user
• Be responsible for daily operation and regular maintenance
• Support internal stakeholders on financial close and budgeting including budget templates design, data loading, General Ledger interface and report writing
• Manage and safeguard various financial systems, e.g. Oracle, IExpense including data security, account management, backup System trouble shooting
• Create monitoring and alarming mechanism, disaster recovery
• Document of the process and procedures
• Be responsible for providing financial management information, business analysis and budget templates
• Complete data analysis and scenario modelling
• Perform ad hoc assignments assigned by supervisor and management

REQUIREMENTS

• An understanding of the Christian faith, values and ethos of The Salvation Army
• Degree holder
• Minimum 7 years of relevant experience
• Proficiency in Oracle EBS and Excel applications is a must, VBA macros, PL/SQL
• Experience in business systems, e.g. POS, IExpense in advantage
• Experience in system administration and maintenance
• Excellent analytical ability, problem solving skills and excel spreadsheet skills
• Commercial savvy, team working, responsible and attention to details
• Good interpersonal and client-handling skills, with the ability to manage expectations and explain technical detail
• Proficiency in English and Chinese, both written and spoken
