Responsibilities

• Implement Transit-Oriented Development initiatives in Mainland China in accordance with the corporate strategy
• Execute business development initiatives including sourcing business, evaluation of investment opportunities and preparation of feasibility study
• Manage deal negotiation, carry out site acquisition and execute agreements with joint-venture partners
• Conduct property valuation and financial analysis for potential projects, acquire latest market knowledge and be responsive to the market changes with comprehensive review
• Work closely with government authorities, diversified stakeholders and financial institutions on implementation plans
• Prepare executive reports, proposals and meeting minutes

Requirements

• Degree in Real Estate / Surveying or a financial related discipline
• A minimum of 8 years’ relevant experience, of which 2 years should be at supervisory level
• Possession of Corporate Membership of the Hong Kong Institute of Surveyors or a recognised professional institution, preferably in General Practice Division
• Experience in property development / investment projects in Mainland China with solid experience in joint-venture projects is an advantage
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in both English and Chinese (including Putonghua)

 Remarks

• Appointment will be made on two-year renewable contract terms 
• Occasional business travel to Mainland China is required
• Candidates with less experience will be considered for the Assistant Project and Development Manager – Mainland China Property position
