Job Description
- Assist in corporate finance functions including M&A, financial advisory and fund raising activities；
- Play an important role in handling due diligence and execution of corporate finance projects
- Assist in research and analysis in respect of capital structure, working capital management and corporate financing options
- Establish, implement and innovate financing channels and mode according to strategies of the company
- Liaise with Government, bankers, external auditors, legal advisers and tax representatives to ensure compliance of rules and regulations
- Review financing relevant documentations and ensure compliance;
- Bank accounts management and conduct KYC compliance procedures;
- Ensure the company's treasury management policies and strategies are in compliance with applicable regulations and strategic imperatives of the company;
- Work with business units/project teams on inter-company loans, financing, and cash management etc.；
- Review payments/settlement instructions and cash reports;
- Prepare audit schedules related to treasury transactions;
- Other ad-hoc assignments/projects.
Job Requirements：
- University degree holder in finance, accounting or other relevant disciplines;
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in treasury especially financing focus, preferably from sizable Chinese companies or multinational corporations that have business interest in PRC;
- Good knowledge of Hong Kong/PRC/cross-border banking, funding and regulations;
- Good knowledge and understanding of corporate treasury and/or accounting operations and treasury systems;
- Knowledge in corporate financial risk management, hedging and capability in analysis with logical thinking;
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills;
- Good command of written and spoken English, Putonghua and Chinese;
- Proficient in Microsoft office, including Word, Excel and powerpoint and knlowledge of Bloomberg is a plus;
- Attentive to details, well-organized, self-motivated, a good team player and able to work indenpendently;
- Immediate available in preferred.
