Job Description

• To maintain and enhance the credit control on receivables for the Group
• To liaise with customers and other relevant internal departments to expedite the payment collection
• To seek for legal advice for recovering receivables and attend court cases, i.e. Small Claims Tribunal
• To supervise subordinates and oversee the daily operation of the receivable section
• To prepare regular reports for management
• To participate in ad-hoc projects as assigned
• Work Location: Tsim Sha Tsui and Yuen Long

Job Requirements

• Higher Diploma or above in Accounting or related disciplines
• At least 3 years' relevant working experience on account receivables, with experience in credit control is preferable
• Good communication in English & Chinese including Putonghua
• Proficient in MS Office application, especially Excel
• Able to work independently
• Good communication, interpersonal and liaison skills
• Immediate available will be an advantage
