Job Requirements:-

-Diploma or Degree Holder in Engineering Discipline

-Around 2-3 years relevant working experience is preferred

-1 year project management experience

-Good command of English & Cantonese

Job Duty:

- Perform daily maintenance & property operation and supervise on-site subordinates;

- Monitor and organize staff force for R&M works of the laundry plants and the premises;

- Liaise with Production Department for FM staffs to carry out all R&M works of the laundry plants and

   the premise;

- Assist the preparation of tender documents and specifications including supervision of contractors on-

   site;

- Work with FM staffs to up keep stock for daily operation and carry out monthly inventory check for FM

   Department;

- Carry out security, cleaning and car park management for the premises;

- Carry out material purchasing requisition for the laundry plants and the premises;

- Coordinate with contractors to carry out R&M works which related to the laundry plants and the

   premises;

- Manage the renewal of related licenses (i.e. Fire Alarm System, WR2, underground oil tank, pressure

   vessels etc.)

- Liaise with relevant Government Department;

- Work with Manager for the development of emergency action plan and dry drills;

- Prepare duty roster, OT summary and leaves record for FM staffs

- Assist Manager to design and carry out plant improvement projects;

- Carry out other ad hoc duties as assigned
