Job Description

Provide wide range of administrative duties to ensure office operates in accordance with Company policies and guidelines. Effectively communicate across departments and with external parties to coordinate Company operations

Responsibilities

  • Assist in managing and coordinating administrative staff to provide full spectrum of office administrative operation, ensure office environment is clean and properly maintained;
  • Prepare expenses / procurement reports for Senior Management’s approval;
  • Handle staff’s expense reimbursement, petty cash, and preparing payment application requests for external vendors/service providers;
  • Maintain good relations and closely liaise with internal and external parties to ensure smooth office operations;
  • Provide support for Company’s events, such as Annual General Meetings, volunteer program, staff annual gathering, etc.;
  • Provide assistance and support on the preparation of ESG reports such as data collection and analysis, as well as Company’s administrative policies and guidelines;
  • Maintain detailed and accurate registers on group assets, maintenance, utility services, licensing & insurance for Company vehicles/yacht, renewal of corporate memberships, payment details, etc.

Requirements

  • Degree or diploma in Business Administration, Procurement & Supply, Corporate Environmental Governance or related disciplines;
  • At least 5 years relevant experience in office administration, experience in leadership roles preferred;
  • Well-organised, independent, attention to detail and self-motivated team player with a strong sense of responsibility;
  • Strong analytical skills and interpersonal skills;
  • Good writing, typing, and presentation skills in both English and Chinese;
  • Proficient in MS Office applications;
  • Willing to perform overtime during weekend and public holidays when necessary ;
  • Perform ad hoc duties when required
