Responsibilities:

• Actively involved in recruitment process, such as selection, interview arrangement, staff onboarding logistics arrangement, staff activities and events supports etc.
• Timely maintain and update all staff record in the HR system
• Provide various supports in HR daily operation, also including filing, data entry and reports preparation
• Assist internship program all year round
• Perform other ad hoc projects as assigned

 Requirements:

• More than 1-year working experience, preferred in HR discipline
• Diploma & above in Human Resources Management or related disciplines
• Well-versed in Employment Ordinance and relevant regulations
• Good interpersonal & communication skills with all levels
• Self-initiative, eager to learn, details-minded, accountable and good team player
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel and Power point) and Chinese word processing
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
• Fresh graduates will be considered as this opening can be treated as an entry position in HR career
