Job Description

We are looking for high caliber candidate with passion in apparel industry to join our rapid business growth.

Responsibilities:

• Report directly to EVP to provide the full range of executive and administrative support in a fast-paced environment
• Responsible for regional report compilation, consolidation, analytics and business presentation preparation and travel arrangements etc.
• Coordinate and liaise closely with various stakeholders locally and regionally – clients, business partners and different levels of staff amongst the Business team to ensure a smooth operation
• Perform any ad hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

• University graduate or above with formal secretarial training
• At least 5 years’ relevant working experience in sizable company
• High proficiency in MS Office - Excel, Powerpoint and Word
• Well-organized, good analytical skill with capability to perform multi-tasking under pressure
• Good interpersonal skills; excellent command of both written and spoken English
