Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Supervise a team to handle full sets of payroll administration including payroll process, MPF and taxation
- Maintain and update employee’s personnel data in the HR system, attendance system and filing system
- Administer monthly reports, leave management and attendance records for operation departments
- Play a communication role as a focal point to communicate with respective
- Maintain good business relationship with different department
- Assist in other ad hoc HR related projects
Requirements:
- Higher Diploma / Bachelor Degree in Human Resources Management or other relevant disciplines
- Minimum 5 years' HR experience, preferably in Cleaning, Environmental Facilities Industry
- Experience in handle Government service contract payroll, understand Standard Employment Contract and relevant regulations.
- Good applicable knowledge in HK Employment and related legislation
- Proficient in PC application in Microsoft Word, Excel , PowerPoint, Chinese Word Processing
- Able to handle and monitor large workforce payroll
- Mature and detailed minded with a strong sense of responsibility
- Purpose-driven, self-motivated and proactive learner
- Able to work independently and work under pressure
- Passionate, collaborate and good team player
- Immediate available is highly preferred
- Candidate with more experience may be considered as Assistant HR Manager
