Job Description
Marketing Analyst cum Executive Assistant, (5 Days)
Location : Kwun Tong, Salary: 25-35K
Job Responsibilities:
- Analyze information and research data in business perspective
- Assist in market surveys
- Assist in preparing reports, proposals and presentation materials for top management’s review
- Maintain all files and company information
- Manage calendar, schedule meetings, drive agenda items, and take minutes
- Provide other secretarial and administrative support as assigned
- University graduate, major in business or related subjects
- 6 -10 years' relevant experience
- Excellent written and spoken English and Chinese (Putonghua)
- Proficient in software applications like MS Office
- Strong business sense and meticulous
Location : Hung Hom, Salary : 20-29K
Responsibilities:
- Provide secretarial and administrative support to CEO in both business / personal matters
- Plan and coordinate administrative procedures and systems and devise ways to streamline processes
- Maintain daily routines, coordinate and set up appointments
- Organize meeting and conference with internal and external party
- Prepare minutes, reports and the presentation materials
- Manage travel arrangement including flight schedule, visa, hotel and expenses claim
- Assist in other ad hoc assignments and projects if necessary
Requirements:
- Degree holder
- At least 1-3 years of secretarial experience
- Experienced in supervising daily admin operations
- Fluent in written & spoken English & Mandarin
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (e.g. Excel, Word)
- Assist with special ad hoc projects is required
Location : Hung Hom, Salary : 18-28K
Responsibilities:
- Provide full support of human resources function including but not limited to recruitment, orientation and employee activities etc
- Provide clerical and administrative support to the other department & Administration Dept.
- Manage and review various sourcing channels
- Update personal details and attendance record in HR systems
- Handle monthly payroll administration, final payments, leave management and MPF administration
- Prepare HR reports and assist in ad hoc duties as assigned
- A diploma or above with a minimum of 3 year relevant working experience
- Well versed with HK Employment Ordinance and other related legislation
- Proficient in MS Office
Duties : Handle all Admin., Sec duties ( 60-70%), follow up sales order,(30% )
Requirements :
- F.5 or above,
- 2-3 yrs Some Admin or HR or Sales Admin/ Coordinator exp
- Good command of Cantonese, English & Mandarin
- Proficient in MS Office
