• Provide administrative support for human resources functions, mainly in talent acquisition and employee relations.
• Handle regular human resources reports and analytics in relation to talent acquisition.
• Handle recruitment of junior positions when required.
• Assist in the organization of staff activities for enhancing staff engagement.
• Involved in ad hoc projects as assigned.

• Degree in Human Resources Management or a related discipline.
• 2 – 3 years of working experience in the human resources field.
• Good knowledge of Hong Kong Employment Ordinance.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications and Chinese Word Processing.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills with good team spirit.
• Proactive, responsible, detail-minded, well-organized and willing to learn.
• Fluency in spoken and written English, Cantonese & Mandarin.
