Responsibilities

• Provide full spectrum of secretarial and personal supports
• Handle telephone, correspondences and maintain an effective filing system
• Manage property leasing and renovation projects
• Liaise with various internal departments and external contractors etc
• Handle ad hoc assignments as required

• Matriculated or above with formal secretarial training
• Minimum 8 years' departmental administration / secretarial experience
• With relevant experience in leasing or property management office would be at an advantage
• Mature, well-organized, self-discipline and work independently
• Good communication skills in written & spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
