Job Responsibilities:

• Report to Manager and Assistant Manager (Standards);
• Maintain records of Quality Assurance activities;
• Prepare materials and equipment for Quality Assurance activities;
• Assist in carrying out Quality Assurance activities as required;
• Maintain staff training records;
• Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence;
• Open complaint files upon receipt of new complaints;
• Receive and record all telephone complaints and enquiries; and
• Perform other duties as may be delegated from time to time by superior.

Job Requirements:

• Form 5 education level or above;
• Preferably with 1 year relevant experience in office administration;
• Good typing skills (Chinese word processing is a must);
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint applications and with basic knowledge of information communication technology;
• Good team spirit and ability to work with others and under pressure;
• Good personality and communication skills; and
• Reasonably good command of Chinese and English.
