• Support Compensation & Benefits functions including leave administration, employees' compensation, retirement fund administration, employee benefits operations and other C&B related matters;
• Assist in payroll system implementation and enhancement projects;
• Support new procedures and initiatives to continually improve efficiency of the HR functions;
• Assist in ad-hoc projects as assigned

• Degree holder in Business Administration, Human Resources Management or related disciplines
• 1-2 years of solid experience in HR field
• Flexible, proactive and highly self-motivated with positive attitude
• Well-versed with the Employment Ordinance
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, MS Excel in particular
• Good command of spoken and written English and Cantonese
• Immediate availability is highly preferred
