Responsibilities

• Handle full spectrum of Training & Development activities including delivering in-house training classes and external training coordination
• Plan, design and conduct training plan to support business growth
• Provide regular training to all level of staffs such as orientation and soft skills training
• Responsible for staff satisfaction survey and provide support on follow up actions as appropriate
• Support training administration such as training enrollment, attendance record, evaluation, related logistics, etc
• Organize and support the Management Trainee program activities
• Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned  

 Requirements

• Degree holder in Human Resources Management or equivalent disciplines
• Minimum 3 years’ solid experience in training and development;  experience in Construction industry would be an advantage
• Detail-minded, self-motivated and demonstrates ability to work independently and contributes as a strong team player
• Proficiency in MS office including PowerPoint, Excel and Chinese Word Processing
• Knowledge in video production and editing would be an advantage
• Proficient in both written and spoken English, Chinese and Mandarin 
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Training Officer
