 About the role

- Communicate with and offer responsive, proactive and high-quality support to our users
- Collect user feedback and provide follow-ups accordingly
- Handle daily administrative tasks
- Safe-keeper for company records and documentation
- Perform ad-hoc tasks 

 You'll be a good fit if you

- Good written and verbal communication in both English and Chinese
- Eagerness to learn and a positive attitude
-Detail minded
- Ability to prioritise works
- Proficient in MS Office and Chinese word input
- Pleasant character with excellent telephone manner
- Ability to listen to and understand users' needs

Nice to have but not essential

- Experience in customer service or success-related roles
- Startup experience
- Experience in the insurance sector
