Responsibilities:

• Coordinating and handling administrative works assigned by supervisor
• Date entry and checking, photocopying and scanning document 
• Maintaining filing system
• Handling store inquiries and incoming work request
• Provide general administration and clerical support to the team
• some outdoor duties
• Any other ad-hoc duties

Requirements:

• Diploma or above
• Experience in office administration work, procurement, shipping or buying role is preferable
• Eager to learn, organized and attentive to details
• Proficiency in MS Office and Chinese word processing
• Good command of spoken and written English & Chinese
