Responsibilities:

• Manage the customer services team to plan and undertake operation duties of the prime commercial complex
• Handle customer enquiries and complaints with excellent customer services manner
• Manage daily operation of Call Centre / Club House / Concierge
• Supervise the subordinates to ensure smooth operation
• Establish and maintain good relationship with customers
• Provide administrative and clerical supports
• Prepare circulars, notices, reports, roster, and other duty assignments
• Coordinate tenant move-in/out and provide follow up service
• Monitor job order progress
• Require to perform shift duties if assigned

Requirements:

• Degree in Property Management, Facility Management, Hospitality or related disciplines
• 5 years or above solid experience of customer services
• 2 years’ experience in supervisory role of Customer Service / Hospitality Management / Facility Management / Property Management or other related field, candidate with less experience will be considered as Customer Services Officer
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua)
• Strong customer liaison, communication and leadership skills
• Responsible, well-organized and self-initiated
• Hands-on experience of using MS Office applications
• Working location in Hong Kong Science Park
