Job Description

Responsibilities:

-  Assist in managing daily workflow, and handling daily correspondence with overseas offices & clients.

-  Follow up on inquiries, quotations, orders, and ad-hoc assignments timely and independently.

-  Updating sales contracts, purchase orders, and indent orders in the ERP system.

-  Arrange meetings, business trips & appointment schedules.

-  Coordinate with both relevant internal and external parties.



Requirements:

-  Bachelor Degree in any discipline, Fresh Graduates Welcome

-  MUST HAVE TRADING EXPERIENCE, experience in B2B sales or in F&B industry preferred

-  Knowledge of other languages like Tagalog, or Russian etc. will be an added advantage.

-  Good command of written and spoken English. No Chinese/ Cantonese required

-  Able to work Independently and Willing to learn

-  Knowledge of Excel, Word & Outlook Email.

-  High sense of responsibility, presentable, self-motivated, mature, and able to work independently.

-  Willing to learn and expand horizons

- Training will be provided to Fresher's
