Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Perform on-site coordination activities among our client and internal laboratory
- Follow up with laboratory test results
- Answer the enquiries of client on-site, coordinate with internal departments such as Laboratory, Quality Assurance for workable technical proposals so as to satisfy our client’s requirements
- Handle administration tasks such as document checking and uploading
- Collect market intelligence from our clients and responsible to handle the complaints
- Monitor the daily operations of our client’s projects and the implementation of new procedures
- Perform other ad hoc tasks as assigned
- Higher Diploma or above in any disciplines
- At least 1 year experience in CS Field preferably in laboratory testing industry or customer services. Fresh graduates are welcome
- Good communication and organizational skills
- Good command in both written and spoken English and Cantonese (Mandarin is a plus)
- Responsible, patient and customer-oriented
- Hand-on skills in MS Word & Excel as well as computer applications
