Job Description
Our client, a Japanese Government-related organization is looking for Japanese Speaking Assistant to join their Economic Research & Business Support Department:
Job duties:
・Provide support and interpretation for companies in Tochigi at Business meetings, exhibitions, etc.
・Arrangement of appointments and interpreters for company in Tochigi
・Follow-up of fairs using Tochigi products and tourism seminars
・Conduct market and interview surveys of mass merchandisers (regarding sales conditions).
・Interviews and information gathering with companies regarding the Chinese legal system
・Planning and coordination for the Tochigi Kenjinkai and distribution of newsletters.
・Liaison and coordination between Tochigi Prefecture and Hong Kong ( Education Events etc..)
・Managing the director's schedule, checking e-mails, etc.
・Management of Tochigi Prefecture Facebook and Instagram pages
・Ad hoc duties
Requirement:
- Bachelor degree or above
- Willing to learn new things and improving Japanese language skill
- Japanese : Business level / N1 level or above
- Good command of both written and spoken Mandarin and English
- Communication Skills
- Sincere and polite personality
- Excellent skills in MS office, especially in excel & powerpoint.
- Person who have studied abroad in Japan is prefer
Package:
