Our client, a Japanese electronic company, is looking for a suitable candidate for Japanese Speaking Sales Coordinator.
Job Duties:
-Data entry
-Arrangement of ordering
-Issue shipping documents
-Responding to inquiries to customers
-Complaint handling
-Ad hoc duties
Requirement:
- Japanese : conversational ~ Business (JLPT N2 or above) (Communicate with Staff)
- Business Level of English and Mandarin
- Proficiency with MS Word and Excel
- Good inter personal and communication skills, punctual and detail-minded
<Preferable Requirement>
- Experience in Electronics industry is preferred
- Experience of general affairs is preferable
