Responsibilities

• Prepare all loan documents including agreements, forms etc.
• Conduct checking on loan documentation in both pre and post drawdown phases
• Ensure daily loan operations are compliance with all policies, legal and regulatory requirements
• Prepare monthly reports for management review
• Handle customer enquiries and loans applications in a professional and compliance manner
• Assist in ad-hoc projects as assigned

Requirements

• Diploma or above in any disciplines
• 2 years or above relevant experience in team administration
• Finance institution background is an advantage
• Good sensitivity to numbers
• Good command in written & spoken in English & Chinese. Proficient in Mandarin is a plus
• Work location: Mongkok/ Wanchai
