Responsibilities

• Responsible for API platform design, development, testing, implementation, enhancement and maintenance
• Assist the team to achieve responsible tasks within Development Life Cycle
• Participate in daily system support and maintenance
• Produce documentation on user requirements, operating procedures and guidelines
• Work independently to ensure the backend services are running in optimized and smooth performance
• Conduct System Integration Test and User Acceptance Test
• Perform program tuning for performance assurance

Requirements

• University degree holder or above in Computer Science, Information Technology or related disciplines
• Minimum 3 years’ working experience in software development, experience in Finance industry is an advantage
• Hands-on experience in enterprise application development, especially in API development, Java application, NoSQL and relational database management
• Experience in API products or platforms such as Kubernetes, Nginx, OpenShift, etc. is preferable
• Experience in large-scale system integration/migration is an advantage
• Proficient in Java, Spring Cloud, Tomcat, Unix scripts, MongoDB and Oracle SQL programming
• Sound knowledge in Linux, microservices architecture, cloud computing and Big Data technology is preferred
• Good knowledge in development with CI/CD pipeline is expected
• Knowledge in information security and Python programming is an advantage
• Proficient in both spoken and written English and Chinese
