Responsibilities:

• To handle customers inquiries and make appointments through hotline, e-mail, we chat, online platform 通過熱線、電子郵件、微信、在線平台處理客戶查詢和預約
• To maintain and develop good relationships with customers 維持和發展與客戶的良好關係
• Respond to customer inquiries and handle general documentation work 解答顧客的查詢及處理一般文書工作
• Regularly update customer information and call records on the company's system 定期更新公司系統上的客戶資料及通話紀錄

Requirements:  

• HKDSE or above (HKDSE 或以上)
• At least 1 year relevant hotline service’s experience (至少1年相關服務經驗)
• To proactively learn and proper discharge of daily duties (積極主動並妥善履行日常職責)
• Basic knowledge in MS office and Traditional Chinese input (熟悉基本電腦操作,包括Microsoft Office 及中文輸入法)
• Good in Cantonese and Mandarin (流利廣東話/國語)
• Knowledge in medicine or health care would be an advantage (擁有診所經驗優先)
