We are looking for a talent to:

• To take charge of procurement operations, identifying and driving opportunities in conjunction with stakeholder departments through supplier assessment and benchmarking process and conducting detailed analytical work for planning purposes
• Responsible for procurement activities including maintenance/service contracts, builders and engineering works in compliance with the Company’s policies and procedures
• Handle tender processes, source qualified suppliers/contractors, prepare tender documents, conduct bid evaluation, negotiation, purchase order and contract
• Review current contracts frequently to make sure the company is protected and to spot procurement risks and opportunities
• Set up and manage the purchasing system in a cost-effective way and make recommendations for improvement 

Basic requirements:

• Degree holder in Purchasing or Supply Chain Management
• At least 6 years of relevant experience preferable in property developer industry
• Knowledge on e-procurement system will be an advantage
• Strong communication skills, good negotiation and change management skills
• Good in Microsoft Office and a basic knowledge for Oracle system will be an advantage
• Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese
• Immediately available preferred
