Responsibilities

• Assist in the Opening Process (for Ovolo Aberdeen which will re-open in August 2013)
  
• Provide professional and efficient services to guest
• Manage daily operational and administrative matters
• Handle invoicing, coordinate with various departments to support guests’ needs
• General guest reception, enhance communication and build up rapport with guests
