Responsibilities:

• Assist in developing the framework and strategy for Environmental, Social and Governance (“ESG”) issues, and promoting and implementing ESG initiatives.
• Assist in developing and implementing carbon reduction initiatives from project level to corporate level.
• Collect and analyse environmental and carbon reduction data for environmental protection initiatives.
• Collaborate with business units to enhance the environmental friendliness of business operations.
• Monitor company and project environmental licenses and permit applications for statutory compliance.
• Support the companies in participating external sustainability competitions.
• Support business operations to manage environmental compliance, audits, enquiries and activities.

 Requirements:

• Degree or above in Environmental Engineering, Sustainability or other related disciplines; preferably with certificate in Environmental Officer.
• 5 years of relevant working experience in environmental management, carbon reduction initiatives, sustainability and ESG compliance.
• Good understanding of the environmental related legislations in Honq Konq construction industry.
• Good knowledge in carbon reduction, sustainable, environmental and social compliance standards (such as IS014001, ISO50001, CSR, BSCI, standards related to carbon audit, waste management and recycling) is highly preferred.
• Proficient in MS Office and Chinese word processing.
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese.
• Good presentation, communication and interpersonal skills.
