Job Description
Requirements :
- Degree holder in Quantity Surveying or equivalent; preferably with fitting out contractor experience
- Min 2 years relevant experience, with fitting out experience would be advantage
- Handle pre-contract and post contract stage
- Responsible for Q.S. duties including interim payment application, certifying payment, valuation of variation, cost control & reporting, final account settlement, cost estimation, subletting and tendering
- Mature, Independent, can work with minimal supervision
- Highly self-motivated and independent, good communication and interpersonal skills
- Good in both spoken and written English and Chinese
- Good Computer skills in MS Word and MS Excel
- Immediate available preferred
