We are seeking to recruit dynamic and highly motivated individuals to join our commercial team for our large-scaled projects in Hong Kong. You will be responsible for:

• Project coordinations and executions such as design, procurement, project planning and monitoring installation work 
• Liaise with clients, subcontractors and factories to carry out fitting out works in accordance with prescribed specifications
• Monitor the project to ensure that it will complete to the required quality standard and on schedule
• Responsible for preparing report and ad hoc work task as required
• Conduct budgeting control, measurement and collation of records at our construction sites.

Skills & Requirements

• Higher Diploma or above in Building Studies, Architectural Studies, Building Technology or related disciplines 
• 2 years experience in workplace fitting out
• less working experience or Fresh Graduate will be considered
• Knowledge in AutoCAD and Proficiency in MS Office will be an advantage 
• Outgoing personality, detail-oriented with good time management and problem-solving skills
• Proactive, self-motivated, responsible, attentive to details and able to work under pressure
• Work independently and be a good team player
• 6 working days a week
• Willing to work on shifting schedules and on public holidays
