Junior Tutor

Salary: HK$15,000+ (plus performance bonus), up to $23000

Senior Tutor

Salary: HK$18,000+ (plus performance bonus), up to $28000

Job Description

• Teach students major subjects and leisure courses at Nursery and/or Primary and/or Secondary level in small group (1:6-8)
• Maintain classroom discipline
• Update students’ progress
• Communicate with parents about students’ learning progress
• Execute other non-teaching duties, such as preparing and improving teaching materials, and assisting in administrative work

 General Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree or equivalent is highly appreciated
• Relevant working experience of 1 year or above is preferred 
• Responsible and passionate about teaching
• Be able to provide a happy environment to encourage and motivate students
• 44 hours / week, 5.5 days / week
• Be able to work at weekends 
• Good language proficiency in English and Cantonese
• Good communication and interpersonal skills

"PhD Classrooms education group" was founded by Dr. Victor Hung with a group of PhDs in 2008. We provide high-quality tutorial services for school children ranging from kindergarten to secondary level. In 2018, we are delighted to extend our service to STEAM education by establishing "PhD Scientists" in which offering theme-based experimental workshop for school children from kindergarten level to junior secondary level. Our flagship scientific theme-based workshop has been launched in Lee Garden Six in September 2020.
