Responsibilities:

• Perform production planning and control production schedule to fulfill customer requirement
• Allocate production resources to balance the capacity usage of production lines
• Provide statistical analysis for management improvement
• Monitor and coordinate material availability to fulfill production schedule
• Work out necessary plan with other departments to maximize production capacity to meet sales target
• Coordinate and follow up on new product development and launch plan
• Set production performance target for different level of operator and monitor the performance result
• Analyze and implement continuous production process improvement project

Requirements:

• University graduate in Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering or equivalent
• 2 year related experience in factory with preferable in food industry
• Well-organized with good analytical skill
• Ability to work with mathematical concepts such as statistics
• Independent, decisive, logical, creative, aggressive and detail-oriented
• Good communication and presentation skills, able to work under pressure
• Proficiency in PC applications such as Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Experience in ERP/ MRP system
• Fluent verbal and written English and Chinese
