Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the day-to-day administration and management functions of the Department;
• Manage people and provide coaching for staff development;
• Overall project management, including cost control, progress monitoring, overview of quality, environmental and safety matters;
• Supervise sub-contractor performance, close liaison with various contract parties to ensure projects are executed smoothly according to the company and contract’s requirements

Requirements:

• Degree or equivalent in Building Services / Electrical /Mechanical Engineering or related discipline;
• Possess recognized professional qualification (HKIE, CIBSE, IET, IMECHE) or equivalent will be an advantage;
• Minimum 10 years post-qualifications experience of project management in the E & M contracting industry;
• Responsible, initiative, strong leadership and problem-solving oriented;
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
