Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with clients and production house on work schedule
- Arrange and meet clients on color test and pushing confirmation
- Invoice data maintenance in Microsoft Dynamic CRM system such as Purchase Order and Service Order Issuing
- Invoice payment checking with Finance and vendors
- Provide clerical and administrative support for Operations team
- Assist in ad-hoc assignments as required
- DSE / Diploma in any disciplines
- Self-motivated, good communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge in MAC OS on Illustrator and Photoshop is an advantage
- Experience in Microsoft Dynamic CRM system is a plus
- Less experience will be consider as Operations Assistant
- Immediately available is preferred
