Job Duties:

• Lead new product development from concept drawing, product design, product specification, through prototype, tooling, debugging till mass production
• Identify the potential risks in advance and try to avoid it during design stage.
• Work closely with design team and provide technical advice from tooling, manufacturing & product reliability aspects.
• Carry out the cost estimation and execute the cost control throughout the whole development processes
• Schedule new product development time line and secure new products developed on time with good quality
• Establish the product specification and quality requirement.

 Requirements:

• 5 years working experiences in project management of collectible toys industries
• Degree in Mechanical, Electronics, Industrial engineering or engineering background
• Knowledge of plastic materials, injection, die-casting, metal stamping, decoration process and package materials
• Knowledge of EU and US Toys safety such as EN71, ASTM, CPSIC, etc.
• Knowledge of using Pro E (Creo), 3D design software is an advantage
• Positive, energetic, passion for excellence, self–driving, flexible
• Proficiency in written & spoken Chinese (Mandarin and Cantonese) & English
•  Traveling to China is required
• Candidates with less relevance experience may considered as 'Project Engineer'

Office Hour : Mon - Fri 9:00am to 6:00pm
