• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by demonstrating the Under Armour selling standards and delivering excellent sales service
• Understand customer’s needs and provides suggestions in a professional way by giving ideas in key looks and latest product information
• Support the daily store operations and maintain company brand standards of the neat, clean, and organized sales floor, fitting room, cashier and stockroom to provide an ultimate customer experience
• Build loyal and strong customer relationships

• 1 or more years of retail-related experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills specifically with customers, sales leadership teams, and associates

• Ability to handle multiple tasks while enjoy working in a fast‐paced and deadline‐oriented environment
