Job Description
Requirement
- Welcome guest in a professional and friendly manner, satisfying guest expectations from arrival through to departure
- Provide recommendations and arranges services for guests as requested (e.g., limousine, car rental, airline and train tickets, beauty and barber services, repairs, shopping etc.).
- Responds to guest comments, requests and complaints in a timely and professional manner. Take personal responsibility to resolve issues where necessary.
- Processes packages, courier, messages, and mail which may be either incoming or outgoing in an accurate and timely manner
- Ensure that all guest arrival and departure administrative functions are carried out correctly inclusive of luggage handling and safe storage
Requirement
- Minimum 2 years' experience in the same role and capacity in renown international hotel brand
- Passion for delivering exceptional levels of guest service
- Well versed spoken and written English and Chinese, assertive communication style
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Enthusiastic and pleasant personality
- Solid knowledge about the local area of Hong Kong, including attraction, activities, restaurants, entertainment facilities etc
