Our client is a premium ice cream cafe that is about to open and is looking for the Senior Barista to support the operation of the ice cream café shop

Responsibilities:

• To provide excellent service to customers including food & beverage ordering and serving
• Responsible for high-quality coffee and drink preparation and making
• Responsible for stock control of milk and related ingredients or daily use
• Ensure the smoothness of the cafe’s daily operation, cleanliness, and hygiene in the cafe
• Obtains customer feedback during operations to ensure satisfaction.

Requirements:

• At least 1-year relevant experience
• Professional barista qualifications
• Passion for coffee with experience working in leading coffee shops is preferred
• Must be customer-service oriented and have excellent hospitality skill
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese

工作範圍：

• 負責提供餐飲服務給顧客，準備及製作餐飲
• 為顧客提供及製造高質的咖啡飲料
• 負責咖啡部的倉存，包括咖啡豆及奶類產品等
• 保持咖啡廳我日常運作正常及衛生問題
• 收聽顧客關於飲品/咖啡的反饋

要求：

• 最少1年或以上咖啡調製經驗
• 持有相關咖啡師證書
• 對咖啡廳有管理經驗及對咖啡有熱誠者可獲優先考慮
• 必須以客為本，有出色的款待技巧
• 基本英文，流利普通話及廣東話
• 輪班輪休，每天工作約10小時包括1小時膳食時間
