Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end recruitment process including: preparing and placing ads, managing recruitment agencies, pre-selecting applications, conducting interviews for junior roles and reference checks.
• Prepare and coordinate on-boarding / off-boarding arrangement and cross functional support
• Support the rolling out of HR initiatives including employee relations, employer branding and other related matters
• Handle staff issues including, but not limited to disputes, disciplinary actions, and work injury
• Support annual performance management, promotions/salary adjustments, as appropriate, in accordance with rewards processes.
• Handle daily HR administrative duties including updating and maintaining record in data sources, filing, monthly/ ad-hoc reporting, Org Chart update, P-File.
• Supportother ad-hoc HR duties assigned by senior manager

Requirement:

• Degree holder in business / Human Resources related disciplines.
• At least 4-5 years’ relevant experience in HR operations.
• Experience with and/or familiarity with the F&B or service industry will also be an advantage but not a must.
• Self-motivated, well-organized and able to work independently.
• Well-versed in Hong Kong Employment Ordinance, HK Labor law and other regulatory practices.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel & PowerPoint) and Chinese Word Processing.
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese.
• Immediate available is highly preferred.
