National Hotels is looking for friendly, enthusiastic people to help us provide our guests with exceptionally thoughtful hospitality. We operate 4 upmarket boutique hotels at the heart of Hong Kong Island: The Putman, The Jervois, 99Bonham, and One96.

To cope with our expansion plans, we are now inviting high caliber candidates to join our group.

• Responsible for handling administrative tasks in Sales Office
• To assist the sales team to handle booking when necessary
• Communicate with internal departments or external parties for sales related arrangements
• Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Degree in Hotel Management or related discipline
• At least 1 year of sales experience in the hospitality industry. Fresh graduates will also be considered
• Pleasant personality, self-motivated and independent
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, customer-oriented
• Good command of written and spoken English and Cantonese
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Familiar with Opera / Operetta system will be an advantage
