Job Description
My client, a sizable supply chain company, is now looking for a outstanding talent:
Demand Planning Manager/Supply Chain Manager (F &B, FMCG) – (40K - 55K) (urgent)
Requirements:
- Degree holder or above
- Over 5 years purchasing, inventory control, demand planning experience of FMCG/F&B / QSR/cold chain industry, of which 3 years in managerial level
- Team management in mainland and HK experiences
- Familiar to inbound logistics from overseas and China supplies to HK / Macau
- Exposure to food & related suppliers/traders network
- Familiar to warehousing and distribution operation
- Liaise with suppliers and vendors for the supply of goods
- Coordinate with customer(s) for their request
- Managing the team to project sales by referencing sales history, promotion schedule, store opening plan and festivals, and conveying such projection to Suppliers with the considerations of various planning parameters.
- Monitoring the team to provide a good material planning cycle from sending orders to the suppliers to materials being received by stores for promotion products
- Monitoring the performance of the supply chain
- Good command of English and Mandarin
