Job Description

  • To assist Pastry Chef for all production
  • To operate pastry and bakery machinery and produce cake, dessert, pastry and pastry decoration
  • To maintain quality and presentation standards set by Supervisor.
  • To assist Pasty Chef in creating new recipes.

  Requirements:

  • Certificate of vocational training schools or equivalent
  • With 2-3 years' relevant experience in Pastry
  • Candidate with less experience will be consider as Commis.
