Job Overview

• Responsible for cafe’s daily operation, ensuring cleanliness and hygiene in kitchen.
• 負責咖啡廳的日常營運，確保廚房的清潔衛生。
• Maintain a safe, hygienic and presentable work environment, following approved operating procedures, food safety guidelines and health and safety regulations.
• 維持工作環境的環境安全、衛生，遵循經批准的操作程序、食品安全指引以及健康的安全規定。

Requirements

• At least 1 year's experience working in restaurants & cafe operations.
• 至少 1 年在飲食業，餐廳和咖啡廳的營運的工作經驗。
• Passionate in coffee making and eager to learn in coffee industry.
• 熱衷於咖啡製作，渴望在咖啡行業學習。
• Diploma/Certificate or an equivalent qualification.
• 文憑/證書或相關資格。
• With good team spirits, self-motivated, enthusiastic and willing to learn.
• 具有良好的團隊精神，上進心，好學。
• With good customer service attitude, interpersonal and communication skills.
• 具有良好的客戶服務態度、人際交往能力和溝通能力。
• Good command in English and Chinese.
• 良好的中英文能力。
