Responsibilities:

• Ensure the implementation of quality management systems and maintain relevant documentation
• Conduct online trouble-shooting activities, implement and monitor corrective and preventive actions on quality issues
• Maintain and improve product quality, communicate and coordinate with internal parties on quality control issues
• Provide professional training to frontline operators to enhance quality awareness and standards
• Handle customers’ complaints, investigate on the cause of problem and propose corrective actions and preventive measures
• Ensure all food packaging labels compliance to law and regulations
• Conduct regular audits on suppliers to ensure their products are up to standard
• Prepare regular reports and analysis and take up ad hoc assignments

Requirements:

• University degree in Food Science, Nutrition or related discipline
• 4-5 years’ working experience in food manufacturing industry, with knowledge of HACCP, BRC, ISO2000, and food law/regulations of HK and overseas markets
• Strong analytical, communication and interpersonal skills
• Detail-minded with multiple-tasking capabilities, ability to work independently and willing to take up challenges
• Proficiency in English and Mandarin as well as computer applications
• Immediate available is highly preferred
