Responsibilities:

• Responsible for inventory control, stock taking for mechanical parts and tools, and update inventory record
• Work closely with internal departments, suppliers, contractors, management offices on daily operation
• Handle general administrative tasks including regular reports, purchase orders, invoices and petty cash reimbursement
• Perform daily repair and maintenance admin support to shops, production sites and offices, and job allocation and roster planning for technical staff
• Handle ad hoc projects as assigned

Requirement:

• F.5, DSE or above
• 3 years’ hands-on experience in related works for F&B industry is preferred
• Good command of written English and Chinese
• Self-motivated and interpersonal skills
• Positive attitude and able to handle multi-tasks effectively
• Proficiency in MS applications
• Candidate with less experience may be considered as Assistant Officer
• Immediate availability is an advantage
