About the Company:
This is an exciting opportunity to join Technical Support team in an international law firm. You will be reporting to the IT manager and work closely with a senior specialist and 2 junior technical specialists on various IT matters for their Hong Kong office.

Job Duties:

• Providing support and IT service solutions for Hong Kong office
• Supporting the set-up, testing, operation and tear down of audiovisual (AV) and videoconference (VTC) equipment
• Supporting the software/ hardware IMAC (install, move, add, change), testing and evaluation
• To manage and update incidents and requests in the log

Requirements:

• 2-3 years of providing IT user support experience
• Experience with windows compatible computers, Microsoft Windows 10, and Microsoft Office
• Experience with general hardware support, e.g., Laptop, Desktop, Printer, Photocopier etc.
• Experience with mobile device support, e.g., iPhone, iPad, Android, Tablet etc.
• Experience with mobile application support, e.g., Blackberry Work
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Fluent Cantonese, English and Mandarin
• Candidate with professional certification is preferred (A+, relevant Microsoft certifications, ITIL foundation certification)
