Job Description
Job Responsibilities
- Handle inquiry, provide IT technical support and troubleshooting for end users
- Perform IT equipment installation, maintenance and monitoring
- Perform daily system administration on servers and network equipment
- Schedule backup and design data restore solution
- Assist Ad-hoc project assign by supervisor
- Diploma or above in Information Technology or equivalent
- 1 year working experience on IT technical support
- Good knowledge on computer hardware, systems and software applications
- Certificate holder of MCP and CCNA will be an advantage
- Self-motivated, strong problem solving and good communication skill
- Fresh graduate will also be considered
